Leader of Students
Sunday Morning Fathom
Teachers: Effectively teach an assigned section of scripture.
Table Leaders: Facilitate conversations and engage students in the lesson. No preparation required.
Sunday Night Fathom
Small Group Leaders: Co-lead discussions on assigned scripture lessons and engage in a life sharing relationships with a group of students.
Small Group Leader Substitutes: Assist the regular leader with their small group when their partner is absent. No preparation required.
Disciple Group Clump Leaders: Facilitate group conversations with a group of 12 D-Group students.
Pathfinders: Meet weekly with a chord of 3 D-Group students outside of SNF as a discipleship mentor.
Wednesday Night Fathom
Missional Leaders: Ministering to students by sharing life with them through conversation, games, and munchies. It's as simple as playing volleyball, ping pong, cards, board games, or doing art projects or having coffee together.
Coffee House Servers: Serve drinks and snacks throughout the evening.
Behind the Scenes
Food
Snack Supper: Provide food and/or join a team that serves food for SNF once a month.
Snack Supper Dessert Provider: Bring a desert for Snack Supper on either the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Sunday of each month.
Breakin’ Bread: Provide food and/or join a team that serves food before WNF each week or on a rotation.
Coffee House Servers: Serve drinks and snacks throughout the evening.
Special Events: Provide food for and/or serve during a onetime event.
Media Techs
Audio/Visual: Run the technical aspects during Fathom special events as needed (Training Provided).
Video Production: Work individually on producing videos as needed.
Worker
Admin: Assist with paperwork and data entry.
Shopping: Shop for food and supplies for weekly and special events.
Workdays: Assist the staff in preparations before and cleaning up after retreats.
Set-up: Serve on a team to prepare infrastructure for weekly or special Fathom events.
Clean-up: Serve on a team that assists after weekly or special Fathom events.
Construction: Build or create projects as needed.
Harvest Youth Club: Drive students in the Asbury bus to and from HYC to tutor on Monday afternoons once a month.
